These Terms and Conditions govern your use of garuviaflytech.com and all services provided by Garuvia Flytech, including IT & digital services and travel booking services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. IT & Digital Services
All IT service engagements are governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work. Deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in the project-specific agreement. Garuvia Flytech retains intellectual property rights to all work until full payment is received.
3. Travel Booking Services
Travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and car rental providers. Garuvia Flytech acts as an intermediary and is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes made by travel service providers. Cancellation and refund policies vary by provider and fare type.
4. Payment Terms
IT services: Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. Travel bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a corporate account arrangement is in place. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST.
5. Limitation of Liability
Garuvia Flytech's liability for any claim arising from IT services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. For travel bookings, our liability is limited to the booking fee charged by Garuvia Flytech, not the cost of the travel service itself.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
